FWT Advisory Council
The Fort Wayne Tech Advisory Council is a group of seasoned professionals and community leaders who provide strategic guidance, expertise, and support to the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Fort Wayne Tech. The council operates as a non-governing body, offering valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the organization’s mission and impact.

Members will provide strategic guidance, specialized knowledge, and support our mission of fostering community, lifelong learning, career pathways, and innovation. Members will also have the opportunity to serve on committees as non-voting advisors.

Strategic Guidance
Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the board of directors on key initiatives, long-term goals, and organizational direction.

Networking & Partnerships
Leverage personal and professional networks to help Fort Wayne Tech establish partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with relevant organizations and individuals.

Resource Development
Assist in identifying and securing financial, technical, and human resources to support Fort Wayne Tech’s programs and initiatives.

Mentorship & Support
Offer mentorship to Fort Wayne Tech staff, board members, and participants, providing guidance on career development and organizational growth.

Expert Consultation
Offer expertise in specialized areas such as technology trends, innovation, business development, education, nonprofit management, and community engagement.

Advocacy & Promotion
Act as ambassadors for Fort Wayne Tech, promoting its mission and activities within the community and relevant industry circles.

Programs Evaluation
Provide feedback and insights on the effectiveness of Fort Wayne Tech’s programs and services, helping to ensure continuous improvement.

Thought Leadership
Contribute to Fort Wayne Tech’s thought leadership efforts by writing articles, participating in panel discussions, and speaking at conferences to enhance the organization’s reputation and influence in the tech community.
