Born and raised in the "city with a heart," Elkhart, Indiana, Charmaine Quinn has always been captivated by the inner workings of technology and innovation. After moving to Fort Wayne in 1998 to attend Indiana Tech, Charmaine earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, followed by a Master of Science in Information Technology from Purdue University in 2012. With a career spanning over two decades at AT&T, Charmaine has held diverse roles. Her journey reflects a relentless pursuit of growth and excellence. Today, she serves as a Solution Architect - Senior Applications Development in Product Development, where she leads cutting-edge technical projects and drives strategic decisions that shape the future of technology at AT&T. In addition to her formal education, Charmaine has gained knowledge and skills in ethical hacking, project management principles, data science, analysis and design, information security, and more. She is also well-versed in the interworking’s of APIs, enabling her to effectively test and analyze APIs, ensuring their proper integration within systems, and contribute to the overall success of technical projects. Charmaine thrives behind the scenes, where her true passion lies in quietly driving success through strategic thinking and meticulous execution. She believes that the greatest impact often comes from those who work diligently in the background, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. Recognized for her ability to manage complex projects and deliver results. Her expertise in leveraging innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency has made her a key player in the industry. Charmaine is married to DaVon and is the proud mother of two amazing daughters, Jazlyn (21) and Olivia (11), who inspire her daily to balance career success with personal fulfillment. Charmaine Quinn is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Kelly Etnier is the Business Intelligence Director at Parkview Health. She's worked in healthcare IT/IS for the last 14 years in various roles as an analyst, operations specialist, manager, and director. She carries multiple certifications in Epic, Parkview's electronic medical record system, and an MBA from WGU. Her favorite aspects of her work are supporting her staff and implementing innovative solutions. Kelly is passionate about supporting other women in tech and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She believes we are at our best when we have a diversity of voices at the table. On the personal side of things, Kelly has a wonderful spouse, Jerry, and is a dog mom to their 4 pups. She is an avid reader, concert-goer, traveler, and self-proclaimed introvert.

Anika Kapoor is a highly skilled PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Manager and Digital Transformation Specialist with over 16 years of experience in driving engineering efficiency and process optimization through digital solutions that significantly enhance operational performance and reduce costs. Anika's expertise spans PLM, CAD, and Product Life Cycle management, with a proven track record of successful system transitions and data migrations across global organizations. Her technical acumen is complemented by her ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, fostering collaboration between engineering, supply chain, and technology teams to achieve substantial improvements in productivity and quality. Anika holds an MBA from Purdue University Fort Wayne and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from MITS, Gwalior (India). She is also a member of Society of Women Engineers, IEEE, and MESA. In her spare time Anika like to travel, play carrom and travel to new places.

A seasoned software developer with over a decade of experience, Ally Ransom is an Integration Lead Developer at Premier Truck Rental. Passionate about technology and education, she helped co-found Marginal Entropy, where she shares expertise as a teacher and mentor. With a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies and an eternal affinity for Linux, Ally is dedicated to crafting innovative solutions and empowering others through knowledge sharing.
